Self-Service
Like an online store, advertisers can search, filter, and select specific publications, book ad space, and upload their ad materials – all in a cohesive and user-friendly system.
1. Choose ad formats & issues
Browse through available titles, formats, issues, and select the ones you want to book.
2. Add to cart
Add the ads to the shopping cart.
Upload ad materials or choose assistance with ad production (you can also specify this later).
3. Order!
Place your order. The media house will soon confirm your booking, and you will receive a notification via email and in Adpin.

With Adpin's smart filtering, you can find titles that reach your target audience.
The self-service reduces the need for direct contact between advertisers and media houses, saving time for both parties. Advertisers can quickly book and manage their ads, while media houses reduce administrative work related to bookings and material handling.
Self-service opens the doors for more advertisers to book ads. In Adpin, the advertiser can independently review the available inventory, prices, and choose ad formats and editions. Since the self-service is always available, advertisers can book their ads at any time of the day or night, even on weekends.
Adpin customer service is open weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Advertisers can upload ad materials for each ad in the system, after which the media house receives and assesses whether the material is approved for print. Advertisers can also indicate if they need assistance with ad production.
Contact the media house or the selected salesperson to ask a general question or request a quote.
The media house can automatically create a quote or order with just a few clicks based on the specified requests.
